Returns
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Doshiva. If you would like to return a product, you may do so in accordance with the terms below.
This return policy applies only to physical products purchased directly from doshiva.com. If you purchased a Doshiva product from another retailer or marketplace, please contact that seller directly regarding their return policy.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
- the product arrived damaged
- the product arrived defective
- you received the wrong item
- you changed your mind and would like to return the product
Right of Withdrawal – First 14 Days
If you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract, you may return the product in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
In this case:
- you are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- once we receive the returned product and verify it meets the return conditions, we will refund:
- the price paid for the product
- the original standard delivery cost paid at checkout
If you selected a non-standard delivery option, such as express shipping, the additional delivery charge will not be refunded.
Returns Requested After 14 Days but Within 30 Days
If you request a return after 14 days but within 30 days of receiving your order:
- you are responsible for the return shipping cost
- return shipping costs are non-refundable
- once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the product price
- original delivery charges are not refundable for returns requested after the initial 14-day withdrawal period
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be sent back within the applicable return period
- the product must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- non-defective items should be returned in resalable condition
- if the item is damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an item.
How to Request a Return
Step 1 – Contact Customer Support
Please contact our customer support team within the applicable return period through our Contact Us page.
Please include:
- your full name
- your email address
- your order number
- the reason for the return
Step 2 – Return Instructions
Our customer support team will review your request and reply within 3 business days. If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and, where required, a return authorisation form.
Step 3 – Send the Product Back
Please pack the item securely and return it to the address provided below or the return address confirmed by our support team.

If a return authorisation form is provided, please include it with your return.
Step 4 – Tracking Information
If possible, please share the tracking number and shipping carrier details with our support team after dispatching the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Step 5 – Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:
- photos of the product
- photos of the outer packaging
- your order number
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
