Shipping & Order Processing
We ship to many countries worldwide.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during public holidays, promotional periods, or high-order-volume periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your shipment, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
To track your order:
- Copy your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email.
- Open the tracking link provided in the email.
- Enter your tracking number in the tracking field.
- View the latest delivery status of your order.
If you have not received your tracking details within a few business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- Orders under €50: shipping fee €4.95
- Orders of €50 or more: free shipping
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery times shown above, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other external factors.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
To help us review the issue, please provide:
- clear photos of the damaged item
- clear photos of the outer packaging
- your order number
In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item for inspection before a replacement or refund can be processed. If a return is required, our customer support team will provide the return instructions.
